Secondly, 15W fast charging requires a specific QC 3.0 or QC 2.0 adapter delivering at least 9V-2A — providing a generic adapter would artificially limit performance. You can use any USB-C adapter with a 9V-2A or higher output to enjoy 15W charging, or a 5V adapter for slower charging.
