Which color for your interior? Intense Black: deep lacquer with striking gold contrasts — ideal for contemporary designer offices and dark smoking rooms. Emerald Green: warm, organic depth — perfect for traditional interiors, cozy lounges, or libraries with patinated wood. Both versions share the same gold trim and the same cigar + pipe combo configuration.
Dual Distinction — the unique combo option in the range: all our other ashtrays (Smoky Elegance, Triade Élégance, Monolithe, Radiance Duo, Radiance Quadra, Lys Impérial, Cubain Titane, Axe Pyramid, Stellar Quadrum, Valor) are designed exclusively for cigars. Frequently Asked Questions
Can you really use it for both cigars AND pipes?
Yes — that is the unique signature of the Dual Distinction. The central bowl is designed with versatile cigar rests + a specific slot adapted for a pipe bowl. The only ashtray in our range to offer this cigar + pipe versatility in a single piece.
Is the gift box included?
Yes — the Dual Distinction is delivered in a refined gift box, ready to give without needing extra wrapping. Ideal for gifting to someone who enjoys both cigars and pipes — a present that caters to both passions at once.
Does the ceramic withstand the heat of cigars and pipes?
Yes — the vitrified lacquered ceramic easily withstands the combustion temperatures of a cigar and the embers of a pipe (up to 800 °C at the glowing end). The high-temperature fired structure ensures thermal stability without risk of cracking or damaging the gold trim.
How to clean the Dual Distinction?
Let it cool down completely, empty out the ashes and stubs, then wipe with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, a ceramic cleaner is suitable. Avoid abrasives that could dull the gold trim and the shiny lacquered finish. Not dishwasher safe.
What is the difference between the 2 colors?
There is no difference in size, functionality, or material — same dimensions, same cigar + pipe combo configuration, same vitrified ceramic. The difference is purely aesthetic: Intense Black (deep lacquer, striking gold contrasts), Emerald Green (warm organic depth). Both versions share the same gold trim.
What is the difference from other ashtrays in the range?
All our other ashtrays (ceramic, metal, crystal) are dedicated exclusively to cigars. The Dual Distinction is the only combo ashtray in the range designed to accommodate both cigars AND pipes. The obvious choice for versatile enthusiasts who don't want to duplicate their smoking equipment.
