  • I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

If you receive only part of your order, it is normal. Objects are often sent separately. Don't worry, the rest should be coming soon!

If, after 15-20 working hours, the rest of the order has not arrived, contact us via our mailbox (info@atelier-atypique.fr ) .

Yes, it is possible to change my delivery address. On the other hand, you have only 24 hours to be able to make the change.

Delivery times are on average 3 to 9 working days depending on the product.

  • CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM A UPS COLLECTION POINT?

No, it is not possible to collect your order from a UPS collection point.

  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET - HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

Average delivery times are 3 to 9 working days.

  • DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free delivery in Continental Europe and those regardless of the value of the basket. For the rest of the world, delivery costs may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.
