RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your item, if it does not suit you, simply contact us within 14 days. We will give you the return address and all you have to do is return it to us by the transport service of your choice (at your expense - in order to avoid any loss of parcels, we recommend a service with a tracking number).
You must then return the goods to us at the latest within 14 calendar days following the sending of your withdrawal, otherwise the refund of the product cannot take place.
It is your responsibility to return the complete item to us, unused or damaged, in its original product packaging. We will not be able to refund an item if part of the packaging or its accessories is missing, or if it reaches us damaged or obviously used.
In the event of a damaged product received, the damage must be declared within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise the refund/replacement of the product cannot take place.
When we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and inform you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund.
If you are eligible, we will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment.
If 14 days or more have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. (Delivery day = Day 1)
Only regular priced items can be refunded . Items sold at a reduced/discounted price are non-refundable.
As delivery is offered when you order, products requiring exceptional shipping costs due to their weight or dimensions are subject to a deductible of 10% of their price in the event of reimbursement.
