Gold or Black — how to decide? The Gold finish is the most assertive — the total gilding of the bowl creates a sumptuous effect suitable for warm, classic, or Art Deco interiors. The Black finish plays on the gold/black contrast — the gold rivets stand out even more against the black bowl, for a more contemporary and sophisticated look. In both cases, the solid wood base and engraved patterns are identical.
Why 1,300 g for an ashtray? The weight of the Pyras Luxe (1,300 g) is the direct result of combining thick solid wood and a solid engraved metal bowl — two dense materials that leave no room for compromise. It is the heaviest ashtray in the range, and therefore the most stable. Placed on a table, it won't move accidentally even during a lively evening.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Gold and Black finish?
There is no difference in size, engraving, or functionality — the same 18 × 18 cm dimensions, the same 1,300 g weight, the same engraved wave patterns, and the same central medallion. The difference is in the shade of the metal bowl: gold on Gold, black on Black. In both cases, the rivets at the corners remain gold — creating a deliberate gold/black contrast on the Black finish. It is a purely aesthetic choice.
Why does this ashtray weigh 1,300 g?
The weight is the result of combining thick solid wood and a solid engraved metal bowl — two dense materials that do not use plastic or hollow structures. It is the heaviest ashtray in the range, which also makes it the most stable. It will not move accidentally, even on a busy table during a party.
Is the gift box really matching the finish?
Yes — the gift box is designed to match the chosen finish. A Gold ashtray comes in a gold-toned box, a Black ashtray in a matching box. The gift is complete upon receipt, with no additional wrapping required.
How do I maintain the Pyras Luxe ashtray?
Empty the central bowl after each use and wipe the engraved metal surface with a soft, dry cloth — avoid abrasive products that would alter the relief of the patterns. For the wood base, a dry cloth is sufficient. The gold rivets can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth without products to maintain their shine.
