Perforated tray — the intelligence of homogeneous diffusion

The Crystal Clarity solves a classic problem of small humidors: the concentration of humidity around the source. The perforated tray creates a space under the cigars where the humidification pack diffuses through the perforations — moisture is distributed evenly across all 20 cigars without concentration or dry zones. Simple, effective, and visible from the outside.

What is included with the Crystal Clarity

The acrylic case with integrated perforated tray.
⚠️ The humidification pack is not included — we recommend a 69% Boveda pack compatible with the compartment under the tray.

Recommended Boveda pack: the Crystal Clarity is designed to hold a humidification pack under its perforated tray. A 69% Boveda pack (8g size for this volume) maintains ideal humidity without refilling for 2 to 6 months depending on the environment. Replace the pack as soon as it hardens completely — a sign that it is depleted.

Selection case — not a long-term cedar-based humidor: the Crystal Clarity is ideal for storing your current selection for a few weeks. Acrylic maintains humidity but does not enhance flavors like Spanish cedar. For long-term aging, prefer a humidor with a cedar interior. The Crystal Clarity is the perfect complement to a large humidor — it holds the cigars you plan to enjoy soon.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Crystal Clarity's perforated tray work?
The perforated tray divides the case into two zones: the cigars rest on top, and the humidification pack is placed underneath. Humidity diffuses through the perforations homogeneously, reaching all 20 cigars uniformly. Without this system, humidity would concentrate around the source, and cigars further away would receive less moisture.
Which humidification pack should I use with the Crystal Clarity?
A 69% Boveda pack in 8g size is ideal for the volume of the Crystal Clarity (21.8 × 14.8 × 7.2 cm). It maintains humidity at 69% without refilling for 2 to 6 months depending on the environment. Replace the pack as soon as it hardens completely. Boveda packs are available online and in specialist cigar shops.
Does the Crystal Clarity's acrylic preserve cigars well?
The airtight acrylic effectively maintains internal humidity — that is its primary role. The difference compared to a Spanish cedar humidor is that acrylic does not passively regulate humidity and does not enrich flavors with terpenes. For a selection meant to be enjoyed over a few weeks, the Crystal Clarity is perfect. For long-term aging, supplement with a cedar humidor.
Is the Crystal Clarity a good gift for a cigar lover?
Yes — its crystal-clear acrylic design is unique and modern, its perforated tray ensures homogeneous humidity diffusion, and its compact size fits anywhere. For an aficionado who values design as much as preservation, the Crystal Clarity is a distinctive gift. Paired with a lighter and cutter, it makes a complete and elegant set.
