Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose the TUBY RAW lighter to light a cigar?
The TUBY RAW produces a high-temperature wind-resistant butane torch flame — it toasts the cigar foot evenly without altering the aromas. Unlike an ordinary lighter, there are no unburnt residues to change the taste of your Cohiba or Montecristo.
Is the lighter delivered with gas?
No — the lighter is delivered empty for transport regulation reasons. It refills with any butane gas cartridge available at a tobacconist or supermarket. Wait 2 minutes after filling before first use.
Is the TUBY RAW compatible with all cigars?
Yes — the torch flame adapts to all cigar formats: Robusto, Corona, Toro, Churchill, Gordo. The flame power can be adjusted according to the diameter of the foot to be lit.
Is the TUBY RAW box ready to give?
Yes — every TUBY RAW is delivered in its Collection box, ready to give without extra packaging. It is an ideal cigar gift for a birthday, Father's Day, Christmas, or corporate gift.
How do I adjust the lighter flame?
The flame adjustment wheel is usually located at the base of the lighter. Turn it toward the + to increase power, toward the - to decrease it. Start with a medium setting and adjust according to the size of your cigar foot.
