How to use the adjustable head? Unlock the head using the LOCK button visible on the body, tilt it to the desired angle, then light. This feature is particularly useful for lighting a cigar resting in an ashtray or held vertically — the flame is oriented without having to tilt the entire lighter.

Delivered empty — standard butane refill required. Wait 2 minutes after filling. Always start the dial at the minimum setting after a refill.

Adjustable jet vs fixed jet: on a standard fixed-jet lighter, the flame is directed upward — you must adapt the position of the cigar. The Hercules adjustable head reverses this relationship: the flame adapts, not the cigar. Significant comfort for large formats that are difficult to handle.
